Daniel Avendano was truly a blessing in disguise. My husband and I had been praying for the process for quite some time. We prayed that the timing was right , we prayed for a good agent which he was and lastly we prayed for our home. He was so attentive to our every need, very knowledgeable, and helped us meet the best Loan officer. Paid attention to detail and nailed it as far as what we were looking for. The process moved so quickly when we were making our offer and I must say because Daniel put our Offer package together so greatly. Also it did not matter what time of day or day of the week Daniel Avendano was there for us. He did not let a moment pass by that could possibly hinder us from missing out on our dream home. Daniel Avendano was amazing. He priced the property correctly, created his marketing plan for it and followed through his plan. Everything he said he was going to do he did. He negotiated with the potential buyers to get us the best offer possible. He monitored every step of the sale to ensure that all paperwork was being processed correctly and on time. Each step of the way he double checked to make sure that we understood what was going on with the sale of our house. He answered all questions completely and never brushed us off. The sale was tricky because we already had a house on contingency in Texas and needed our house sold within a specific time frame and price. We had previously worked with an agent who made us feel like our house was not worth much because it was only 1,100 sq ft, but the property had been really well maintained including landscaping and upgrades. It required no additional work and had passed each inspection with no issues. The previous agent we worked with had no offers in the two months he had it on the market because he was using our home to pull in buyers for other homes. We had almost lost the home in Texas using the previous agent. Danny came in and presented all of our home's best features to potential buyers and as a result we had four offers on the house within four weeks and sold it at the price we really wanted. Danny's goal was to sell our house for the appropriate price in a reasonable time frame and fund our Texas home so we didn't lose it. He did all of that. I would highly recommend Danny to anyone I know who is interested in selling their home. You could not find a more honest, ethical and trustworthy agent.
