Daniel D. is a very hard worker who understands the needs of both the buyer and the seller, depending upon which need was involved in the sale or purchase. A sale may have happened sooner but two unexpected losses of clients were really no fault of the broker. Also, the first house he sold for me went in less than a week. His commissions are within the market and upon occasion, he's even been known to negotiate, but don't tell him I told you that!
