Seller reviewDaniel was realistic; had a strategic marketing plan; followed the plan; was flexible and was willing to do the other little things that would lead to a sale. His communications were timely and excellent and he was always on target. What ever came up with the inspections, Daniel was able to suggest and facilitate whatever was needed to move to the next step. I would definitely employ his services again.

Daniel DiMatteo found us a perfect 4BD 2BA single family house with front & back yards!!! The network Daniel DiMatteo has created is amazing, his team did everything! All I did was sign the dotted line. In 29 days we were able to close escrow and get the keys to our first home! I thank God for putting Daniel in our path as a realtor. I strongly recommend him as a realtor, all he needs is his iPad and offers can be made immediately after you check out the house. He's definitely the best realtor around

Seller reviewDaniel Di Matteo is a great realtor. He is very knowledgeable of the area I was selling in and got me a great price. I live in Northern CA and the property was in San Diego county. So we had to do a lot of emails and phone calls. He was always available and responded to emails in a timely manner. He is friendly and I trust his opinion and suggestions. He listened to me and helped me with trouble shooting problems. He is easy to talk to. He was assertive when he needed to be to the other parties' realtor. All worked out as a win/win. I would use him again, with no hesitation.

Seller reviewMy husband and I were wanting to move closer to downtown due to both of our jobs. To say selling our house was a chore is a complete understatement. More than a few times did we have extenuating circumstances where our buyers had to back out due to personal reasons. We took our house off the market, for a little, after getting a little discouraged and Daniel was extremely understanding. When we were ready to put it back on the market, he was the first and only person we called. He truly made it his mission to get our house sold this go around and he did! His demeanor, work ethic and professionalism is above par and he made our abnormal selling experience worth while. I could go on and on about how amazing Daniel is, but it just boils down to this- he is one of the BEST realtors I have ever met and I worked in one of the most profitable Real Estate Agencies, while in college. If we had everything to do over again, there is no doubt he would be our realtor in BOTH the buying and selling aspects.
