He also did a great job communicating with us and explaining in simple terms the answers to our complex questions. In buying my first home, I knew that the selection of a solid realtor was key. I couldn't have chosen better. He did a great job of keeping things simple and has excellent communication skills. He did a great job at moving fast and staying consistent. He understood what we wanted and went out and got it.

Seller reviewDaniel Di Matteo was the best real estate agent I have worked with. He had a superior marketing plan and sold our house in less than a week. Not only was he fast, but the house sold well above our listing price and we had multiple offers to choose from. The way he marketed and sold our home was so fast that we only had the open house on the weekend and were deciding on offers by Tuesday. The digital and social media elements to his plan are right on target. Excellent job by Daniel. He is strategic and thorough, yet fast. His record shows it. If we get any chance to work with Daniel again, we would jump at the chance.
