She had wonderful recommendations and people to help put the house together. Danielle could not have been any more clear and patient with us during the sale time! Our house sold quickly and with no hiccups thanks to Danielle. She was incredibly patient with our odd schedules and worked with us to do email signatures on all applicable documents to expedite the process. I always felt like I was in able to be in communication with Danielle at any time I needed questions answered or advice on the sale of my home. I don't know that I could feel more safe with such a big sale if I had used anyone other than Danielle! I was able to trust her completely and know that everything would be taken care of. This was the first home I've purchased and she has walked me through every step of the process and been a fantastic resource not only in finding the right house, but also how to get it and then what to do once I owned it. She has had excellent recommendations on who to contact about what problems the house had and the best course of action to remedy those issues. Daniel always maintained the highest level of professionalism, but effortlessly weaved in her personality when giving friendly advice, constructive criticism, or a cautious warning. My search lasted around 6 - 7 months and certainly had it's ups and downs and Danielle was always there to support me, whether it was someone to vent my frustration to or advise me to pursue a different strategy. Ultimately with Danielle I found a fantastic realtor; but also a good friend. I'm lucky to have had the privilege.
