Buyer reviewMeeting Dani was purely coincidental. She answered a request from Zillow and quickly gained my trust and confidence by her character and approach to seeking the right property . Danielle Kemp knows the area very well and she makes great relationships with listing agents and others critical to the purchase process and closing. I gave Dani a difficult task finding a ocean Front investment property. She had to show us many homes before we found the one perfect fit. She then negotiated price and terms that worked for both parties, buyer and seller. Danielle spent a few months working with me and never lost patience when we continued searching for properties. In the end, she fulfilled her primary goal which was to find a oceanfront beach house for our investment property.
