Seller reviewI needed someone who understood the issues of a military family and could correspond remotely. I chose Darcy based on her experience as a military spouse and civilian, but also her credentials as a realtor. She was super friendly and helpful from the first meeting. It felt like we had known each other for years, and she was doing everything possible to meet my goals. Overall experience was wonderful. Not only did Darcy meet my goal of getting my house under contract before leaving the country, she understood and worked with us to balance a military (last minute) move and a baby through multiple showings. She made the whole process so much less stressful with her recommendations, professionalism, and knowledge of the area and other people in the process. I hope I move back to the area just so I can work with her again!

If anyone hires anyone besides Darcy, they are making the wrong selection! Darcy far exceeded any expectation I had from a realtor. I have sold and bought numerous properties and none of my realtors have come close to the service in which Darcy provided.

Buyer reviewDarcy McMahon-Wine previously worked with me and is extremely professional. Darcy put us into a wonderful rental two years prior to us buying a home and made sure we were very happy. I have other coworkers who have used Darcy and been very pleased indeed with her performance. There was no question who I was going have find our dream home. And she did! The listing agent for our home was a challenge and Darcy handled her very well. It was a difficult purchase and the VA loan required extra effort that Darcy went the extra mile to get it done. From appraisal to inspection to all the little things I had no idea about Darcy had all of it organized and ready. It was an incredibly smooth process once the price was settled and Darcy is responsible for that. I will be recommending Darcy to everyone I know and keeping an ear open for anyone looking for a great Realtor.
