Buyer reviewFirst time homebuyers new to the area and without much time to find a house before starting a new job, a word of mouth recommendation was critical. Fortunately, a family friend recommended Darcy. She exceeded our expectations. Darcy's local knowledge and network of contacts in the area proved (and continue to prove) extremely useful. I shopped around but have used them all: mortgage company, homeowners insurance, cleaners, survey company, home inspector, fence company... Very easy to work with--enjoyable, even. She made this a far less daunting undertaking than I imagined. Provided expert advice every step of the way. We are exceedingly happy with our decision and grateful for Darcy's work getting us into this house. I have friends contemplating a move to Stafford and if they commit, I will recommend Darcy to them.
