  • Buyer review
Darlene was "on duty" when we visited the Century 21 office. We felt that she understood us pretty well...that we were very compatible and would work well together. Darlene led us through the entire process in a friendly and professional way. We purchased a house with Darlene as our broker. That in itself should speak well of her. We continue to think of her as our friend.
  • Seller review
Darlene Carpenter is an outstanding agent who really looks out for her client's best interests. Darlene helped us with three property purchases and one home sale over the last 4 years. As a buyers' agent, we appreciate Darlene's experience in the local market and her commitment to find the right home for her clients. She cheerfully showed us countless properties as we sought both investment properties and a home on a farm. As a selling agent, Darlene Carpenter brought us a much higher price on the sale of our previous home than we expected. Her marketing and open houses generated interest and ultimately brought a cash buyer and hassle-free transaction. Darlene "stayed on top" of the various inspections, and paperwork and even attended each closing to make sure all was well. Sharon Rock was an excellent help to Darlene with all the various details and also a pleasure to deal with.
