Darlene was a major factor in our home buying experience. Every weekend she had a planned out map on which house we were going to see, what time to check the next home("oh we're early for appointment, I seen an open house down the street") , and it
was about 4-7 per weekend. We tested out a few single story homes, a couple 2-story homes, move in ready with a few renovations, and new builds. We looked in Tracy, Manteca, Lathrop, Sacramento, and Elk Grove. Along our journey, I'm sure Darlene studied my wife and I to see our wants, needs, and she delivered! Making everything perfect for our first home buying experience. Giving us knowledge on what to look for in a home all while still allowing us to make our decision.
