Seller reviewDarren was wonderful to work for the sale of my property in Franklin. As a former rental property that had many issues, Darren was incredibly helpful in dealing with my previous tenants, preparing the property to be marketed, handling contract negotiations, and being my advocate for all requested repairs and issue resolution. It was not an easy sale sue to the fact that I live two states away, the condition of the property, and amount of work that needed to be done, but Darren remained steady as a rock throughout the process and ensured the best outcome we could have expected. The property was under contract in less than a week, but took a couple of months to close due to buyer requests that required extensions. The sale could have easily fallen through at any time, but Darren and his impeccable management and negotiation skills ensured we made it across the finish line. I would absolutely recommend Darren for any and all real estate and/or property management needs. He is the best!!!!
