David is a life-long resident of Lorain County, being born and raised in Elyria. I am a graduate of Elyria Catholic High School and received an associate degree from Lorain County Community College and my Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Baldwin Wallace University.
I have always wanted to work with and help people which was one of the reasons I served the City of Amherst as a councilman and as the City Auditor for a combined 22 years. It was that desire to help people that also led me into the real estate field. I truly enjoy helping people find that perfect home or help them market and sell their current home. I feel that being present for my clients is what helps them overcome that apprehension of making one of the largest financial decisions of their life.

Buyer reviewVery nice and helpful! I probably looked at 50 houses by the end of my time with him. Always quick to respond and get us scheduled for showings. Willing to work with my crazy work schedule which was super helpful for me! Felt like he had my best interest at heart when it came to looking for and buying a house. Would give me very honest feedback as well! All around my parents and I really enjoyed working with him!!

Buyer reviewWe absolutely loved Dave. He was amazing during this whole process. He answered all question not only we had but our 3 children. We felt bad he had to drive an hour just to show 1 or 2 houses. But he never complained once or made us feel bad. We enjoyed hearing his thoughts on the houses as well. You can tell he was truly happy and excited for our family when we found our home. We would recommend Dave to anyone that was looking.
