Dave is an Iowa boy, born and raised. He grew up in Rock Rapids in Northwest. Dave is married and has two great kids. He loves being active in the Siouxland community and helping it become a better place.
Dave started his sales career right here in Sioux City managing Tip Top Tux. He had a passion for helping people look great for their big day. He then worked for two Hilton properties. He knew he had to funnel the satisfaction he received from helping others and channel it into real estate. He now enjoys having the opportunity to help people with the biggest investment in their life. He prides himself in keeping excellent communication and relieving any stressors that can transpire. Buyer reviewThe other realtor was not very fun to work with....Dave Soroka did an excellent job of holding the sellers agent accountable and trying so many things to make this happen. He was my warrior.... I really wanted this house...and he made it happen. They also pushed for moving on Thanksgiving weekend. My people could not do that. Dave negotiated for me. I am so grateful I had Dave in my corner! I got the house I wanted!

Seller reviewDave Soraka was so easy to get ahold of and talk to. He explained, suggested and helped. My condo was only on the market for 2 days. He showed it to multiple people and got it sold for above the asking price. Dave did wonderful staging and photos. He communicated every step of the way. I am older and I am told I can be difficult at times...but he made me feel very taken care of thru this whole process. There were numerous "fires" that he had to address, come up with a solution, and solve. He did it each time. Dave worked very hard for me. AND we had a few laughs together. I would recommend Dave Soroka to all my family and friends.... He is just a darn good person!
