Dave even came over to help me get a new battery for my car. He's so caring that he took me grocery shopping when I returned to the Valley this year. That was before he knew I wanted to buy another property. Not only is he a friend, but also he's a human being of the highest order. Going the extra mile is part of his DNA. Dave knows my needs and wants so thoroughly that I bought the very first property I saw. I told him what I wanted. Then he researched what was available. He found the perfect place.

Enjoyed the way Dave Veals was able to talk with myself about what we could ask for sales price, what to expect when an offer was made. He also explained how the offers were fair, along with the pros/cons of each offer. Dave was also very on top of the paperwork and any deadlines that needed to be met. I enjoyed working with Dave from start to finish! Dave was on many occasions able to talk me "off the ledge" from some of the issues that occurred during the sale, and make me understand why things were being done the way they were. Dave Veals did a terrific job from listing to the sale of my home! I would highly recommend him for the Listing of anyone's home!

After having many different brokers, without any success, we submitted a contract on a house in Bonanza Ranch. We were second in line and was never given an opportunity to counter the first offer. We saw a for sale sign on another house that was pending, and I actually called the listing agent to ask why that house was pending for so long and what was the secret in being able to find a house in Arizona. I never got an answer from any of the other brokers we had worked with and just kept firing them as I found houses days before they would send me the listing and they were already pending. After Dave Veals listened to my rant, he calmly asked what we were looking for etc. He then asked if I was currently working with anyone and I told him they had all been fired. I told him we were now set on getting a home in Bonanza Ranch. David then told me he would find us a home in Bonanza Ranch and his goal was to exceed our expectations in a realtor. When I got off the phone, I told my husband we finally had the right realtor. His comment was, "we'll see." I have to say, we were both shocked when we got the call that he had a house for us. It was exactly what we were looking for, including the price! Our daughter, that lives in Queen Creek, met with Dave Veals to see the property. She was very impressed with his professionalism and said he had the answer to every question asked. She told us we got beyond lucky finding him and we couldn't agree more. During the whole process of finalizing the sale and all the extra steps involved because of Covid, Davie Veals was always there to help me get through the process. Without his help, I would have bailed as the whole process was overwhelming. The communication with the Solar Company was enough to make anyone want to say forget it. Dave Veals took over that for us and got the impossible done. We can't thank him enough for all of the help he gave us that was way beyond his job description. We are now in our new home and not only do we have a great realtor, but we also now have a great neighbor. Some things are just meant to be. The world needs more People like Dave Veals!
