Before purchasing Century 21 McDaniel Realty he worked for his father in the John Deere farm equipment business in Fulton and later for Sydenstricker Implement Company in Mexico Missouri. David and his wife Beth decided to stay in Fulton and Callaway County because it is a great place to live and work.

Interviewed local realtors but David stood out. Interviewed a Jefferson City realtor,who thought our asking price should be 20 thousand less! Would NOT recommend her. David knew the local market and we sold in about 3 days! He is the best choice.
