Buyer reviewDavid Childress was a wonderful help throughout the process. He was eassy to reach and was willing to show multiple homes upon request, many of which were hours of drive away. Navigating two initial offers and finally a third, his council was indespensible during the third home on which we made an offer. The Seller's attempted to back out of the contract several times and his councel was critical in our decisions to work through the processes of hiring an attorney, litigation and finally closing on time.
