Greetings! I have been a Sonoma Valley Resident since 1987 and have watched the valley grow and change into a great place to live. My wife and I have raised four delightful children in Sonoma and don't plan on ever leaving. I have worked in Sonoma Valley; Sonoma, Napa, and Marin counties for the past 35 years in various endeavors. I love helping people and have always been in sales and service industries. I still have two small person to person businesses that I keep running both for income and because I genuinely enjoy meeting and helping people. I may have been at your current home already as your Mobile Public Notary or as your Mobile Car Detailer, with Carpsa Sonoma Mobile Detailing. When an issue arised with our lender, David quickly provided a solution and we were able to purchase our home. Buyer reviewDavid listened to what we needed and sent upcoming homes to us regularly. We were in a contingent situation involving selling our home. We were unable to sell our home in time and had to withdraw our offer. David hung in there with us and days later we did receive an offer. Fortunately the home we wanted was still available. David was on it and we were able to close both transactions quickly. We appreciate David's responsiveness and also his knowledge of Sonoma. We would highly recommend him!

Seller reviewKnowing that I had to list my parents house, I had to find an agent. Not knowing any agent in the Sonoma county was going to be difficult. My husband and I drove to my parents house, and noticed a open house. I asked my husband to take me there. I wanted to interview that agent by seeing how he conducts himself when he sees me and if he looks at me while he is talking to me. When I walked in, he stood up right away and he looked at me directly and professionally. He made me feel important even though he did not know if I was a buyer, nosey neighbor, or just had questions. He looked at me directly and answered all of my questions. I was very impressed and I knew he was the one to help me through a very difficult and challenging journey. I left the open house feeling no pressure to contact him immediately but only when I was truly ready. From start to finish was beyond the best experience I had. I am so grateful for everything he did for me. I can move forward. Thank you for all you did.
