Buyer reviewI am happy to recommend David Elam as a real estate agent. David was always very responsive to our questions and was readily available to show us available properties. We looked at less than 10 properties before finding exactly what we wanted. He did a great job in helping us negotiate a fair price for our property with another agent and a difficult seller. He chose an outstanding escrow company and helped us navigate the difficult loan process. With David's help we were able to move-in to our house in less than 45 days from the day we decided on the property we wanted.
