David González was an attentive professional from the beginning that my husband and I decided we were ready to search for our first home. David linked us with his loan consultant team and we were amazed at their communication skills, courtesy and educational information as we learned about what home price we qualified for comfortably. David began seeking homes immediately after my husband and I informed him we were ready to move on with the process. David make himself available at all times of the day though phone calls, text messages, voice message and MLS app. David coordinated well with seller agents for private viewings and was always on time. David would explain to my husband and I any questions related to the homes we were looking and would always allow us to time in the home to really try to envision our family settling in the home. Once we found the home we loved, David explained to us the process of submitting an offer. David kept us updated in communication every step of the way and allowed us to complete and submit documents via email. David was very professional, he researched the prices of other homes surrounding the home we loved and guided us on how much our offer should be in order to attract the seller. Once we submitted an offer it was accepted by the seller within the next day, David showed phenomenal negotiating skills and was able to reduce the sellers price by 20K and obtained partial closing costs from the seller and was able to have the seller leave us home appliances. David completed the home inspections and was able to negotiate further credit from the seller as some minor work had to be completed. Overall, we are eternally grateful for David's professionalism! We can tell he loves his job and cares about finding a family their home. We were glad he was very transparent since the beginning and glad he was bilingual in Spanish as that is our first language and overall just made us feel 100% comfortable and never pressured. We respectfully recommend David to anyone who is ready and serious about finding their home. He will always be the agent whom we will recommend to our family and friends.
