Seller reviewI was interested in working with a broker who showed a deep understanding of the current real estate market. Someone who could also guide us on home improvement decisions that would provide a return of our money and more. David's experience helped us make the right decisions to bring the house to market and find the buyer within 10 days of listing. It was also important to have a real estate partner who is well networked in the real estate community. David has a great reputation building on integrity and doing the right thing for buyers and sellers and fellow realtors. Our home sale and closing went very smoothly with no problems. We were extremely satisfied working with David and feet he portrays the best a realtor can offer. He committed to this sellers and will do everything he can to help make it a smooth sale. We we prepared for glitches along the way but instead found it to be a very smooth real estate sale. David also has an easy going and friendly disposition which makes him enjoyable to work with.
