Dave was involved with the property from day one he updated me every day on any offers or progress or repairs or inspections. I feel that he was involved with the sale of the property from the first day. I spoke with him every day till it closed escrow and had the money was in the bank. He went over every bit of the legal interpretation of every offer or any of the real estate paperwork I had to fill out. I felt well informed on the progression of the sale and the outcome was top dollar. Kudos to you, Dave! I'll never use anyone else for my real estate needs?
