Seller reviewDave's long history and knowledge of the area including people/vendors to provide services such a brick layers and garage door installers really helped enormously in getting work done quickly and at a competitive price. You can depend on Dave O'Neil as a good broker with vast knowledge and experience of the house market but it is the things you did not plan where he will truly exceed your expectations. Great job Dave, cannot recommend him enough when it comes to selling a house.
