David's professionalism, knowledge and communicaiton skills are excellent. We were kept fully informed throughout the process and were always comfortable with his advice. He went above and beyond what a seller's representative would do (yard work, house cleaning, etc.) as well as providing photos of open house events, weather damage and anything else he thought we needed to know. We were out of the state for much of this transaction and Dave kept us up-to-date on what was needed to successfully complete the process.
