I cannot recommend Dave Spinazza enough. As a local native Hawaiian famliy, it was important to us to find someone that was not just here to rip off the properties and capitalize on Hawaiian lands. We were feeling dejected after we met other agents that were "too good" for our neighborhood. When we met Dave, he immediately saw the value in our property and the beauty of our home. His energy is infectious and the best part about this entire process is that we gained a new friend. My most favorite moment is when I peeked outside and I saw Dave powerwashing our driveway to prepare for our house going live on the MLS. I had never seen anything so selfless. Dave has a one-of-a-kind personality and while realtors are a dime a dozen, the person that gets to work with Dave is truly blessed.
