Buyer reviewThere was an unexpected situation at closing and Dave was the first to catch the issue. There was a moment when I sat back and ate popcorn while watching the show. Needless to say, the issue was resolved to my satisfaction and most likely would not have been caught had Dave not been present.

Buyer reviewDave pulled through several times for us during this selling and buying process. There was a situation where we came close to losing our contingent offer and Dave handled this highly stressful, time sensitive situation with ease. He did a wonderful job and we ended up selling our current home getting our dream home in a 48 hr time crunch. He went above and beyond by finding contractors and coordinating appointments for estimates when it came time to satisfying inspection requests. He even borrowed us his vacuum when ours broke! :) Lets also not forget about the furnace situation at our new house. Dave ironed out any wrinkle that came or way. Dave did an excellent job and we are so happy to be in our new home. Thanks Dave! In addition to my last comments, Dave does a wonderful job at relaying information in a timely manner. We were always impressed with the quick response at any given time. He was always available by phone, text or email. Signing documents electronically also made this process easy. Great job.
