Dave’s “bridge” to Bridgeway Commercial Real Estate was an intense 15-year stretch in real estate development and property management, during which he earned the elite designation “Certified Property Manager.” With responsibilities ranging from initial vision to marketing, leasing, and compliance, Dave developed an appreciation for the complex challenges facing commercial property buyers and sellers.Dave’s incisive grasp of Central New York — its evolving economy and potential for opportunity — goes back 30 years. After growing up in Pittsburgh and earning a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia, he relocated to Syracuse and launched his career in not-for-profit management with the Muscular Dystrophy Association and American Heart Association. Later posts in health care administration led to his property management and development position with a multifaceted health care system.Dave also brings to Bridgeway the discipline and perseverance of a competitive runner.
