She started by giving us a rundown of the process and what to expect during the entire sale process. She then met with us at our house and made great suggestions on items to fix/change before we put the house on the market. She kept us informed along the way and never made us feel like it was a bother when we contacted her. She answered/returned every phone call we made to her. She was proactive in all aspects, and host open houses as needed. She was very professional, yet friendly at the same time. She made us feel like our house was the only house she was working on, even though I know she was assisting others in their purchase/sale at the same time. She worked tirelessly on selling our house until we received the offer that we accepted. She was there to assist all the way through us signing the closing papers.
