Seller reviewI know Dawn Block has been a realtor in Schaumburg for many years and was finally able to give her the opportunity to sell my condo- I am so glad that I did! She is so knowlegeable and her marketing methods are modern and up to date. I had what some might consider a difficult property to sell - I had a renter in the unit with 3 months left on his lease when I listed it with Dawn. Her marketing efforts worked so well that we had offers coming in only 2 days after it hit the market and within 5 days, we were able to decide on a buyer (out of 6 offers!) and the entire process was smoother and faster than I could ever imagine! Dawn was always very prompt in returning my calls or texts--She had quick response times whenever I needed to ask her a question-and she was excellent in dealing with my renter, since I live out of town. I would recommend Dawn Block to anyone - she is definitely the best!

Seller reviewWe very much appreciated that Dawn appreciated the house, its historical significance, the care with which we had treated it. After an initial assessment that seemed low to us -- something that I imagine most sellers would think -- she raised the asking price to a level that seemed more appropriate to us. And we got 30K over the ask. Not unusual in this market, but a gift, nonetheless. Point is, Dawn always listened and took us -- and the house -- seriously.
