She impressed us with her positive and energetic attitude of how to stage and sell our home in some difficult times. She listed and sold our home for $20,000 more than other agents offered to list and in 10 days! Each of our 3 other homes we sold with Dawn sold in less than 2 weeks! Each experience was outstanding. She (and Dianne) always put our concerns at ease and made each sale seamless. The buying process with Dawn Christensen has been amazing. She was patient and helpful through each purchase. She has gotten to know our likes and dislikes with buying each new home. She has helped us through some interesting sales and purchases always with a smile on her face and understanding mannerism.
