Seller reviewMy husband and I now consider Dawn a friend after working with her for a few times in the sale and purchase of our homes. Dawn did an amazing job capturing the best features of our home for advertising. Her out going personality makes you feel welcome to call and talk with any questions. This is our second home Dawn helped us sell. The first one sold in 10 days and the second in 14 days. Both just needing one open house. She helped us feel confident and excited to sell our homes. Her years of expertise and knowledge by giving tips to make the home seem more appealing to prospective buyers is outstanding if you are willing to make the small changes. Dawn and Dianne, Dawn's assistant, are amazing to work with when buying or selling a home. Both return calls or emails in a timely manner with above and beyond advice and support. They both go the distance to make the sale as smooth as possible. We would highly recommend Dawn and Century 21 Ace Reality if you are looking to sell or buy a new home.

They set up viewings on our home and showings of homes we wanted to see quickly and accommodated our schedule well. Our sale and subsequent purchase went very smoothly.

Seller reviewMy husband and I were very please with the efforts of everyone at Century 21-Ace Realty, on our behalf in selling our home. We hadn't sold a home in 9 years and were not sure how long this would take. Dawn Christenson moved quickly to put out some top notch print and photo advertising using drone photography. She had a double sided, glossy cardstock layout done for our home so that we could display it during our summer entry in the Parade of Homes. The flyer had great inside and outside photos and lots of pertinent information on the home. We've kept one for sentimental reasons after our sale, it's beautifully done. Dawn has great support staff whose help we relied on thoughout the sale. The staff was clear and concise in their direction and calling for showings. Dawn Christenson actually showed up and let me in my own home when i accidently locked myself out on a Friday afternoon, now that's service!! Thanks guys for all of your awesome help. Our buyer got a great home and we could not be happier.
