We had a difficult situation arise while selling our house and knowing we had the experience of Dawn leading us, it reassured us that everything would fall in place. Dawn also helped us find our forever home. After showing us dozens of homes, we were able to find the perfect house for us and, with her negotiation skills, were able to get it for less than asking price and were able to stay out of a bidding war with another interested party.
