Originally from Long Island, NY, I've been a Lancaster County resident for over 30 years. My husband, Andy, and I have successfully been investing, purchasing, rehabilitating, and selling many homes throughout Lancaster County since 2011. That exposure to real estate led me to obtain my own Real Estate License. Since then, I've earned my Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation providing me the education to help seniors and their families with later-in-life real estate transactions. My clients have no doubt, when working with a professional who understands the 50-plus demographics, they receive tailored care for their needs and speciPications. I've also obtained my Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation giving my clients elevated professional standards and top personal performance in selling their homes. As of 2025 I have left both of these Designations laps due to the fact I'm not paying my annual fee to the National Association of Realtors. Their corrupt spending habits in the past and ridiculous salaries to their executives have forced me into this decision. However; my experience is still there.
The past three years, I've earned the "Agent of the Year" award from Century 21 Home Advisors. I've also received a National award from the Century 21 Brand by earning the "2024 President's Award" for top production and Quality Service Award consecutively for the past four years. To be awarded the Quality Service Award means I have consistently exceeded high-level service to my customers. It also represents the compassion and customer care I'm blessed to provide to every buyer and seller I represent, making every one of them not only comfortable with the complex buying and selling process, but able to get through it all with as little stress and as much success as possible.

She was able to bring things to my attention when it came to evaluating whether a house was right for me or a good investment, that I would not have thought of myself (which is so important in todays housing market). We have worked with a lot of them and she is by far the best!!! If you haven't found a realtor yet, stop looking and call Dawn Patrick! You will be happy you did. Her knowledge and work ethic is really impressive. You would think she has multiple assistants the way she gets everything done!

Buyer reviewExtremely attentive to detail. Was on top of any issue that came up to head off it becoming a bigger problem. Dawn was invaluable and working with my broker for the sale of my home in New Jersey when rescheduling of the closing had to be Adjusted. While I was on top of everything going on I quickly realized everything was in good hands. I didn't need to worry as much with Dawn on top of things. Was accessible and promptly returned calls, or texts. Provided invaluable information on local services. Important to me being relatively close to a new residence. Followed up after the sale and was available for a recommendation of local services to help me with moving in and fixing up the house. I can sometimes be a little tough when it comes to business deals, Dawn was patient with me.
