Seller reviewDawn was amazing. The property was extremely quirky but she had a lot of good ideas about how to market it. When we decided to get creative with owner financing, Dawn had some excellent industry connections that got us through the financing carry back process with very few hiccups. She also had excellent connections for all the inspections which proved extremely valuable. Dawn is smart, fun, responsive and pleasant to work with. Her experience was so valuable. I also felt that her ethics were extremely high. Can't recommend her enough.

Seller reviewOur property was 15 miles out town on National Forest land which complicated the sale by having to deal with a potential client and the Forest Service. The purgess is for the house and not the land which is leased from the Forest Service and that it was cash only since banks will not loan money on Forest Service land. Dawn was very helpful in covering these requirements to all interresting clients before they spent time visiting the property. Our thanks to Dawn for her devoted efforts on our behalf.
