Buyer reviewDeanna Gramoy has assisted us with multiple real estate transaction. We are very careful to select the best agent for our transactions, which is why we returned to Dee for our most recent transaction. Dee is a lovely person, we enjoyed seeing properties with her, and she is an absolute expert at pointing out important things for you that you don't think of. What Dee does is truly exceptional. She is the BEST realtor we have worked with, and we have worked with many other agents on other transactions prior to finding Dee. Dee salvaged a bad situation at our recent closing due to buyer refusing to sign documents. We so greatly appreciate her working with our attorney and with the other agent to move past the issue and get the closing completed - our closing went into the next day, and Dee kept us informed continuously until the closing was complete. These are times when having a superior and very experienced realtor (Deanna Gramoy is the best) are paramount. Deanna is extremely knowledgeable and was an excellent advocate for us during this transaction. I have recommended her to friends who have also reached out to her. We trust Dee as our realtor, and that is not easy to come by with us and our vast experience selling and buying numerous properties.
