She can negotiate and deal with other agents in a manner I haven't seen. She is just an exceptional person. Buyer reviewDee was recommended to us by a contractor in the area. We were not necessarily in the market for a villa, but were slightly interested in seeing what was available. We met Dee and were immediately struck by how friendly, personable and understanding she was. She knew what our criteria were and found places that we may have some interest in. She was not forceful or pushy in any way. She showed us several villas and we found the perfect one within days. She was ALWAYS available for questions and got back to us usually within minutes; and certainly within an hour. She knows the complex very well so was able to answer any questions with a great deal of knowledge. We would absolutely use her again in the future and would certainly recommend her to any family or friends that are interested in buying in Hilton Head. Thanks Dee!

As a real estate broker myself, I was looking for someone in Hilton Head that would exceed our expectations. Since we are from Georgia we didn't know of an agent to use.
