Buyer reviewI have had a lot of good experience with many Realtor over the last 30 years and Dee Gramoy really goes the EXTRA mile. You don't have to ask her twice, consider it done. Her knowledge of the business is one of her outstanding assets. She is truly a person you feel comfortable with. Since I live in New York and can't always see what I am buying I depend on Dee to view it for me. She is very thorough with describing the condition and value of the real estate. I would and do recommend Dee Gramoy to anyone.

Buyer reviewDee Gramoy was everything we could have asked for times 1000!! She was very effective in her communication with both myself the lender and the seller. I felt at ease having her handle and field questions from all parties. She understood everything that we wanted and provided outstanding service throughout the entire process while my husband was out of the country and I lived out of state. I will have no issue recommending her to anyone I know that is moving to the area!!! She was absolutely amazing!! Thanks again!!!
