We have both bought and sold property on Hilton Head Island with the assistance of Dee Gramoy as our agent. We have bought and sold property in several states using different real estate agents. Dee Gramoy is the best we have ever used. If we buy or sell again on Hilton Head we will not have to search for an agent. We already know the best.

I have had a lot of good experience with many Realtor over the last 30 years and Dee Gramoy really goes the EXTRA mile. You don't have to ask her twice, consider it done. Her knowledge of the business is one of her outstanding assets. She is truly a person you feel comfortable with. Since I live in New York and can't always see what I am buying I depend on Dee to view it for me. She is very thorough with describing the condition and value of the real estate. I would and do recommend Dee Gramoy to anyone.
