Deanna instantly established a high level of credibility during our first meeting and immediately earned my trust and confidence. Deanna did a great job helping me get the support I needed to prep the house for sale. Once the listing posted on-line, it quickly drew interest. Deanna did a great job explaining the details from the offers we received, and we reached a favorable contract within several days. Deanna Havenner and her team did a great job doing additional research on comparative pricing in the neighborhood and we actually bumped up the asking price and got a higher offer than originally expected due to their work behind the scenes.
