Buyer reviewMs. Deanna is a top preformer. I was deployed during the time I was searching for my new home. She lost her husband during the process as well and yet she still SHOWED UP EVERYDAY FOR ME! There isn't anyone like her! She is truly one of kind! I seriously couldn't of dreamed of a better realtor or a better first time home buying experience! She never changed! Not once did she have a bad attitude even when I would be pushy about my wants and needs! She remained professional and calm and always made sure I got everything I needed. She has even inspired me to become a realtor myself! When I move, rent my home, sell my home or whatever I refuse to work with anyone else! She is the only realtor for me! I will refer anyone I know looking for the best realtor in our area directly to Ms. Deanna!

Seller reviewOver the course of the past 5 years, our family has had the pleasure of dealing with Deanna Havenner and Century 21. Deanna and I met thru a mutual friend and right away I could tell the type of caring person she was. When it was finally my turn to make a change and move to a different home, Deanna was there. It came as a shock to me that at midnight one night, Deanna and I were still texting and getting a plan together for the next day. That told me everything else I needed to know about her, she was willing to put in the late hours in order to help her clients obtain their dream. We ended up purchasing the home of our dreams and then turned around and sold our previous home in 1 day. Deanna even helped us get a cleaning contractor to help get the home prepared for sale. Deanna has helped my family sell a total of 5 homes now and purchase one home and we couldn't have done it without her. Thank you Deanna, you were a godsend.
