Buyer reviewDeanna made the entire process effortless. She has this down to a science so the whole thing moved forward without any issues. My lending was taking a little longer than expected also and Deanna worked this out with the homeowner in order to extend the contract for a easy close.

Seller reviewDeanna, was an angel and meant to be my realtor. She's very knowledgeable and gave advice instantly that was in my best interest. She made it very easy to understand all paperwork, she explained the type of offer I received was a very rare one and advised accordingly. She and Patti Harris even placed some things that were left behind in their vehicle to help me out further which was a big deal to me. Because she was my angel, I truly feel I had the best deal within hours of the home just being placed on the "Coming Soon List" before it hit the market website. She resolved unforeseen matters and approached it at hand with kindness and understanding and melted the heart individual that was giving trouble. She and Patti Harris are 2 very caring individuals that not only care about their clients, but are personable and helped me in many ways you wouldn't began to believe. I appreciate everything they have done for me as they were a blessing in selling my home, but a true blessing to me personably. Seller reviewThe thing that got my most working with Deanna is her determination. She initiated the process with a drop by visit while I was working on the house.
