Seller reviewI cold called Debbie Little after searching internet. I had no previous experience selling a home in NC. After two sales that fell through, she was able to sell for more money then asking price. Debbie Little also was knowledgeable and connected me with people I needed for some repairs I made prior to selling.Debbie also wasn't afraid to negotiate and make ethical decisions. I do recommend Debbie Little for selling/buying home .

Buyer reviewI first worked with Debbie to try and purchase a bank owned distressed property. That property didn't work out, but I was incredibly impressed with her skill and knowledge. When it came time to buy a house in the Charlotte area, I didn't even bother to shop around. Her advice was incredible, and she got us a much better deal than we would have normally. I'm not usually so effusive with my praise, but there is nothing bad I can say. She communicated before we even started to wonder, her recommendations were spot on, and her negotiations around cost and repairs were far more productive than we could have hoped for.
