Thanks for visiting my page. I was born and raised in the Fredericksburg area, and graduated from Spotsylvania High School in 1976. My maiden name was Debbie Wallace. I completed my Real Estate License Training in 1985, and began my career as a CENTURY 21 Agent back in the days of the highly recognizeable Mustard Gold Jackets. I love helping people in many facets of their lives, so it's a natural fit for me to assist folks with what tends to be their biggest personal asset...their home.

I found myself a recent widow, grief stricken alone in the area, without family. Debbie worked miracles to keep me calm and get me from start to finish selling my home quickly, and successfully without a single bleep. Not only does she take the time to research and list a home properly, she is an expert at every step in the process. Debbie has the ability to clearly explain all the details with a lot of patience. She has integrity and genuine concern for her clients. It was a day of good fortune when I chose Debbie to be my Realtor.
