Debbie jumped right in and got to work with suggestions and ideas on how to best market the house - what would help it sell quickly and marketed it with multiple open houses and private showings which brought a very quick offer(1 week after listing) she was also very realistic with pricing and listened both to what was important to us and to what prospective buyers had to say during open houses and took that into account when marketing the house.
