Never did I have to wait for her to return a call even when she was on vacation. If I should ever find myself in need of a Realtor again I would not hesitate to call Debbie.

Buyer reviewI had a very short window of time to come and purchase a unit. I had a few conversations with Debbie before flying down. Debbie met with me early in the am on one morning - spent 3 - 1/2 days showing me exactly what I asked to see, mostly in my price range. Within 72 hours I knew exactly what I could afford where and made an offer. Debbie took it from A-Z - not a blip. She is an extremely hard work with an understanding of how to get the job done without wasting other people's time. I will use her again and I will highly recommend her. She was outstanding. I would hire her - she was fabulous. I texted her today, on a Sunday to ask her a question and within 3 minutes - I had an answer. She is beyond dedicated to her career Not only did she help me buy - but I have a feeling she will be helping me as I navigate owning a 2nd home out of state - and to have access to someone you can trust like that - is priceless -

Seller reviewDebbie was awesome. My aunt died unexpectedly and I only had a few days in town to arrange for the sale of her condominium. Debbie made what seemed to be an impossible task easy. She really went the extra mile helping to remove items we had to leave behind and getting the apartment ready to show. She knows the market and had the unit sold at a good price within a couple of week. At each step, she clearly communicated with us and provided us with information to make decisions regarding pricing etc. I could not be more pleased and highly recommend Debbie to anyone selling or buying in this market.
