Debby Little was always available when I had questions & never made me feel any of them were silly. She was kind & patient with all the speed bumps that came up. She didn't panic & that was transferred to me so that I didn't get so nervous about the deal. I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling their property. She was a nice mix of professionalism & personable.

Debbie always got back to me when I needed questions answered. She was very attentive to my wife and I through the entire process. I would highly recommend her to my friends and relatives as someone did for me. Debbie went the extra mile including negotiating with the seller to get us some of the issues we had resolved including getting the seller to pay for some of the issues to be resolved prior to closing. It made the process go by much smoother. Debbie continued to assist us with a few other unresolved issues even after the closing process was complete.
