Very smooth! I had a lot of anxiety about selling in the current economy, but Deborah really put me at ease. She literally walked my through the entire process and was available to answer any questions I had. She was excellent with the negotiations with prospective buyers and was step by step with the closing. Even though I was teleworking from home she was able to work around my schedule for showing times. I will definitely recommend her and look forward to working with her soon for my new home.

I met Mrs. Deborah Allen at church. She was very personable and came up to me after she learned I had just moved to the area. She offered me her business card and several weeks later I decided to reach out. We started the search during the beginning stages of COVID-19. She was very professional. She ensured social distancing and always wore a mask. July 2020
Mrs. Allen was vital during the initial and final walk throughs of my home. For instance, she paid attention to details and was able to point out various things that should be addressed by the contractor. During showings, her attention to detail was evident as well. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision regarding purchasing a home. She was patient with my process. Furthermore, Mrs. Allen offered amazing and practical advice!
By the closing date, I truly felt like I gained a new family member! Mrs. Allen is so kind and very genuine. As a person who recently moved to Dallas and as a first time home buyer, this was very refreshing! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.

We moved out of state and rented for a short time to a relative. When that ended, we had to sell the house and were really concerned with our ability to do everything that needed to be done for the house prior to and during the sale. Deborah really went above and beyond in meeting with contractors, taking pictures of us of the work, advising us on the best repairs/clean up to do in order to maximize the profit on the house. She made herself very available for us with the time difference. We highly recommend Deborah for anyone that is looking for a highly personalized approach to your real estate transaction!

Deborah Allen provided me with the MOST EXCELLENT and PROFESSIONAL Customer Service throughout my real estate transaction. My mind was at ease as I did not have to travel to Texas to ready the property for market. Deborah coordinated and oversaw all work that needed to be done on the home I sold in Texas. Once the property makeover was complete my home was put on the market and I had multiple offers with one over the asking price within 2 weeks. Deborah Allen is amazing. She is so dedicated and persistent. I don't know what I'll do if I ever need to buy or sale a property without Mrs. Allen. I have bought 3 homes with her and sold 2 of them. She is also helping me purchase 3 lots to go with my lake home. She knows how to get the job done and I can't imagine anyone ever doing a better job.
