I was trying to get someone to respond to me, we were interested in a house. Debra messaged me back almost immediately and was honest with us. The house wasn't in good condition. She asked me if I would like her to look for houses for us and we said yes. She sent us two listings in our price range, set up appointments for us view them that weekend. We traveled over 4 hours and fell in love with the first house she showed us. She was very open, honest, and let us take our time, she answered all of our questions and never pushed. We put in an offer that evening and was accepted. We just closed on our dream home last week. Thank you so much Debra Eminger for helping us find our forever home! Working with you was amazing!

I would not be a home owner without Debra's expertise with local knowledge. We had so many obstacles that my lender put us both through and she was right by my side the whole way. From day 1 Debra Eminger came across as knowledgeable in the process, as well as, kind and caring of our feelings regarding selling a home with a lifetime of memories. She sat with us at the table and not only guided us through completing paperwork, but listened to many stories of good times in that home. From that, she knew we wanted a good family to love it as much as we had, and she found just that! Debra Eminger is a consummate professional.
