She was always there for each step of the sale , including all on site inspections . I would recommend her to all friends and family and in fact have recommended her to a neighbor whom I think is going to list his property with her .

Seller reviewI believe that Debra Karr should be how you model other agants. This was the largest financial decision i was making and the possibility of screwing up made the process a very intimidating one. Debra was able to hold my hand thru the process and guide me thru it all, like a experienced docent, full of knowledge and willing to share. I am gratefull for having her as my realtor. My problem will be trying find a realtor like her here in Florida to help me with the purchase of my new home. We dealt with 4 separate offers and repair issues and procedural issues, so there several hurdles we managed to clear. Debra is for certianly one of a kind.
