Buyer reviewAfter speaking with Debra Karr the very first time I knew she would be a great person to work with. She wrote a list of everything we were looking for in a house and wasted no time in trying to find us our perfect home. When it came to looking at the homes we were interested in Debra always managed to get us an appointment and in a few cases even on the same day. There was never a time Debra wasn't available to speak to and she was very good at explaining everything to us step by step, she even went over all paperwork with us before signing each time. She built good working relationships with the sellers agents each time we went to work with them. Debra always had/has the best positive attitude one can have and I cannot say enough good things about her. It truly was a real pleasure working with Debra.
