Lifetime resident of North Carolina, Debi has been involved in the real estate industry for many years. In 2010, she decided to take the plunge and get her real estate license. Debi is the proud mother of two beautiful daughters, one who is a Doctor of Veterinary medicine in NC, and the other is studying for her Master's degree in Biology at Humboldt University in CA. Debi's hobby is riding her amazing high stepping Tennessee Walking horse through the NC mountains with her friends and family. Debi brings a fresh burst of enthusiasm to her clients. Two cancelled contracts and another buyer with unrealistic demands tempted me to pull my home from the market, but Debi helped navigate the negotiations with a difficult buyer and was patient and understanding with both parties. We were able to come to acceptable terms and even closed on time when that seemed impossible. I talked to other Realtors and believed Debi could market my home successfully at a higher price than the others would. She believed in my property and found the right buyer.
