And just to our north, the fast growing Forsyth and Gwinnett Counties are a great place to raise a family with fantastic schools and off the charts housing values. My experience with Dee Allen was exceptional......far better than any previous experience. Dee is relatively new in the business, but we knew him to be very dedicated and conscientious in his previous career. We knew he would exert his best efforts. There was never a thought of considering anyone else. Even though it took 7 months for our property to sell, Dee kept us informed on a better than weekly basis. He is a good communicator and seemed to have a sixth sense on timing of price adjustments and matters that needed attention in our vacant home.
